This is a permanent full-time position in our Parts Department. The Shipping/Receiving Clerk is responsible for providing excellent customer service while keeping in mind that our customer’s perspective comes first. This individual maintains accurate parts inventory and assists the Parts department with routine audits, parts organization and tracking. The Shipping & Receiving clerk ships, delivers, and receives parts orders.

A friendly and inviting demeanor, a passion for customer service, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment are must-haves for this position. Strong computer skills, experience working with minimal supervision, and general automotive industry experience are all assets but not necessary.

  • Perform Quick lube services on all makes and models

Essential Job Duties:

  • Oversee and manage the dispatching of all shop work with expressed interest on overall shop productivity, customer satisfaction and technician training without bias or prejudice
  • Set department sales objectives and submit annual forecast and monthly profitability reports
  • Provide leadership and management to all Body Shop staff including all staffing, training and performance
  • Oversee the operations are managed in accordance with customer service standards and collaborative relationships with applicable Insurance Companies are established
  • Handle elevated customer issues or complaints until resolution
  • As a member of the Dealership team, consistently assist in developing and influencing all positive change necessary to grow the dealership

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3 years experience as a Body Shop Manager
  • Staff management and leadership skills
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Advanced decision-making and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to prioritize and maintain professionalism during high-volume periods
  • Self-driven to work independently with the ability to work effectively and collaboratively in a team environment
  • Working knowledge of body shop software such as Mitchell is an asset but not mandatory

Essential Job Duties:

  • Responsible for vehicles financing, offering of warranties, insurances, lease protection products, chemicals and accessories, and maintaining customer satisfaction.
